House requests...

I'm opening up house requests for 3 people. I will NOT take any anonymous requests. It is on a first come first serve basis so get in quick.

If you would like a house please send me DM with this information.. please do include all information if not it makes it very difficult for me to build what you want.

You also need to be okay with the house being put up for public download!

1. Number of bedrooms (no more than 5 please)

2. Any room requirements (eg. Skill building room)

- Garden requirements (eg. Kids play area or gardening)

3. Colours to be used (eg. Blue) / bedroom colours

5. Sim life age and gender feel free to tell me nonbinary or whatever thats fine aswell this is just an example (eg. 1 elder male, 2 adults male and female, 1 child male and 1 toddler female)

4.House style (eg. Craftsman)

5. Furnished or unfurnished with kitchen and bathroom roughly laid out or completely unfurnished (or furnished but bedrooms unfurnished)

If completely unfurnished did you want a rough floor plan or not!?

6. What world you want the house built in

Does anyone happen to have these and would be willing to share - or can point me in a direction where to get them? I’ve been on several sites and forums where Meronin used to be active, but all the download links I found are dead.

Sims 3 Request

I’ve been looking all over the internet for a Jester Hat as an accessory for males, but all I find are ones that are for female sims. I tried using Master Controller to make all accessories available for both genders, and put the female hat on my male sim, but once I exit CAS or Stylist, the accessories are automatically switched to different ones (that males can wear.) I know there are jester hats in in the Hat-Hair section, but I want to keep the hairstyle I have for my male jester, hence why I want the hat as an accessory. So can someone dehairify the jester hats from the Store and convert them to accessories please? Or provide a solution on how to have my male sims keep their female accessories after I exit CAS or Stylist?

4t3 Hairs

Does anyone take ts4 to ts3 hair requests? There's a hair I would really love to have for sims 3.... I'm sorry, if it's a bother then please just ignore, but I've tried to do the conversion myself and, well, I'm completely lost.

I probably can't return the favor with anything, except slight hair mesh editing, but I would of course be eternally grateful!

Hello! It’s come to my attention that a few people are interested in Banner requests, so I figured I would go ahead and open that up! I’ve added three examples of some that I can do, the first two imaginary ones and the second currently being used in my TS3 legacy. ANYWAY. If you’re interested, then keep reading!

BANNER REQUESTS:

Desired dimensions: (540 px is the standard width) Details: (Anything you would like to be said on the banner--such as family name, type of legacy, etc.) Additions: (Themes [like the “sweet” theme of the last banner], photos, color schemes.) Variables: (I can include a Photoshop file that would allow you to change the generation stated and whatnot.)

TOU: All I ask is that you give me some form of credit for having made the banner! You have every right to change any aspect you would like about banners I’ve sent you and you’re also allowed to contact me about any changes you would like me to make for you.
