Lark Lane

I hit a major creative block on this house. After it was built, decorating didn't come easy for me. Then life got busy....and, well, it took me almost a month to finish. With all that being said, I'm happy with the end result!

This is definitely one of my favorite builds. I love the arches, the textures, the colors....everything.

A small foyer meets you inside the front door. The door on the right leads to an office with a fireplace!

To the left you find the dining room. The arch doorway leads to the large kitchen.

The kitchen is open to the living room. There is also a sliding door leading to the back yard. There is also a laundry room/half bath on the main level.

Upstairs there is a small landing.

Along with two unfurnished bedrooms, there is a bathroom with entry from both bedrooms.

The third bedroom is the master bedroom with attached bath.

Lincoln Drive is a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom traditionally styled home. The main level features the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a bathroom with laundry. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with attached bathroom, another bedroom, nursery, and the second full bathroom. The backyard is truly an oasis with a pool, treehouse, sandbox, and lots of room for you to add whatever your Sim desires!

Stormy Trail

Stormy Trail is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath two story home sitting on a 40x40 lot. It comes fully furnished and decorated! 

A small yet inviting foyer welcomes you into the home. 

Through the foyer’s French doors, you enter the family room featuring a concrete fireplace. 

The roomy kitchen features an island, pantry, and a coffee nook. 

The cozy dining room is next to the kitchen and is decorated with family photos. 

There is a small powder room on the main floor towards the back of the house with great access from the back yard/pool. 

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a walk in closet and an attached master bathroom. 

The upstairs has an open play room with seating area for the kids.

Next to the playroom there is a fun office, great for the parents to get some work done while the kids play. 

There are three additional bedrooms upstairs, as well as a bathroom. 

The back yard features a patio with eating area and a nice sized pool.

Dogwood Avenue

Today I bring you Dogwood Avenue. This home features an open floor plan with a full unfurnished basement. 

The entryway is tastefully decorated and is perfect for greeting guests. 

Upon entering the home, there is a large staircase leading to the full basement. 

The kitchen is to the left and utilizes shelving for storage, adding to the openness of the home. 

The dining room and living room are also open to the kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining or keeping an eye on the kids. 

The master bedroom is located on the main level and has an attached bath. 

There is an additional bedroom on the main level. 

There is also an office on the main level with windows looking out to the front yard. 

The patio serves as a great space for relaxing! 

I hope you all enjoy it! This week I will be working on a way to properly give shout outs to the CC creators I know and love. They deserve so much credit! With that said, this may be my only upload until next week!

Cottage Grove

I have gotten so much love on my first two posts, and I never expected that! Thank you, y’all!! <3 

Today I bring you Cottage Grove. This home has boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms. 

The front porch welcomes you to the home, and provides a nice spot to sit with a good book. 

When you walk through the front door, you will enter the cozy living room. 

Through the doorway you will find the the dining room, a great space for family meals or entertaining. 

The dining room is open to the update kitchen. 

The master bedroom with attached bath is also located on the main level. 

Upstairs features an office, perfect for the Sim who likes to write. 

One of the upstairs bedrooms is decorated for a teen Sim. 

We also have another bedroom....

The third bedroom is decorated for a toddler Sim! Thank you and all credit to the AMAZING Sims 3 content creators! I am working on a way to give proper shout outs to the creators. I hope you all enjoy my latest build!

Hollyhock House

Thank you for all the love on my last post! I have another build ready to share with y’all! Of course, all credit to the AMAZING CC creators! 

Hollyhock house is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The two upstairs bedrooms are unfurnished, allowing you to customize them to meet the needs of your Sims! 

When you walk through the front door, you enter the great room. It’s the perfect place to settle down with a good book in front of the fire. 

The great room is open to the dining room, which features sliding patio doors leading to the back yard. 

From there, you will find the small, yet stylish and functional kitchen. 

The main floor also includes the master bedroom....

...and attached master bath. 

Going up the stairs, you first find a warm landing. 

Aside from the two unfurnished bedrooms, laundry room, and bathroom, the upstairs also features a tv room.....

....with an open office area attached. Enjoy!!

hello!! thank you so much for your kind words it means the world to me!! @sifix has kindly allowed me to release her dress publicly so I thought I might just give everyone the opportunity to download it if they like! i apologise in advance for the preview!

- Has some issues with weights that I wasn't able to fix. I did my best! This was also a pretty quick conversion as I wasn't originally planning on uploading it.
