NOTES / KNOWN ISSUES:
If used in combination with other accessories, the shrug will become blurry. Also it will clip with some animations (not as many as the initial version, but still...It will).
In CAS the accessory is blindingly shiny, but looks fine in game. I know why that happens, but TSRW crashes on me when I’m trying to fix it.
