1940s Lookbook
Fedoras, trench coats, Hollywood glamour, and American patriotism, it’s the 1940s! WWII had a huge effect on the fashion of the 40s. Rationing meant people were encouraged to wear utilitarian garments with less fabric. Wide-legged high-waisted pants were popular on men and women, as the war necessitated more women to enter the workforce, often working in factories.
