do you have any specific pics/versions of maisie and joe you picture in There's Something About You or do you have different people envisioned for them? I love your fic it's soooo good!
Hi anon! Ok so first off, definitely Joe and Maisie for Gendry and Arya. I’ve never been able to imagine other people playing the characters so it’s always them.
For this fic, style wise, Arya’s vibe is a little edgy, a little grunge, a little punk but also all about comfort. She doesn’t mind wearing something low cut and likes to spice things up sometimes, but for the most part she’s all about band shirts and oversized hoodies, lots of ripped jeans, acid wash shorts, fishnets and tights, combat boots and sneakers. Think lots of rings, chunky jewelry, beanies. Hair-wise, as much as I love Maisie’s pastel hair, I couldn’t imagine anything but dark hair for her in the fic. A little bit longer than what she goes for, often messy or in braids. She has bangs too, but she’ll tuck them under a hair bandana when they get too annoying.

For Gendry, his aesthetic is more in line with Joe’s. He wears lots of plaid and jeans, but mostly soft jumpers and cotton shirts. He’s got plaid in every colour, but his sticks to simple tones with his shirts so lots of different shade of grey but also black, burgundy, pastel pink. He usually goes for jeans - darker ones, but he has a few in lighter tones. He has a few pairs that have some holes in them, and a few with rips across the knee. He prefers boots, but he has sneakers too. Not really a big fan of formal clothes.
Hair and beard-wise, it’s a combination of these two looks: (first one for the hair and second one for the beard - he’d definitely wear both shirts too, btw).
