That spoonie feel when you're constantly worried about causing future pain and future tiredness by doing too much, and you've also been told that tiredness causes pain so you're basically scared to do anything...but not doing anything also causes pain and not being able to sleep so you're left never knowing if you should be doing stuff or not and you're trying to figure it out but you have brain fog so you can't remember what you've done already and you just want to scream! It's so complicated and I'm sometimes not sure if my fear of future pain is rational or not or whether I should ignore it or if it's a valid concern and...well I've worn myself out just thinking about it. Honestly I wonder what it's like to not have to manage energy levels, it's basically a full time job of it's own.
