Former Patreon request. When Freeza passes Tsukiryuu a new scouter on the latest page, one of the patrons had commented that at first, they thought it was a bag of weed. I had a laugh as well since I had already suspected it needed a redraw, but as so often happens, I have to go with a motto of "good enough" to keep production moving on my schedule. Sure!

Tsukiryuu is a gentle, observant Saiyan who survives through adaptability. Born weaker than most of her people, she was abandoned as a nameless infant before being taken in by a Tuffle couple. She was able to enjoy a few happy years with them before invading Saiyans wiped out the Tuffles, including her adoptive parents. Despite this, she never lost her compassion. As a child, she continued to seek out the mentorship of a fellow captive: a Sovegardian surgeon named Nufi. During this time, Tsukiryuu also developed an independent streak, avoiding other Saiyans and choosing to survive on her own. As she grew older, her desire for companionship made her quick to trust anyone who showed her a sliver of kindness. This desire eventually led her to befriend the lonely young Freeza.

Now grown, Tsukiryuu still seeks to find her place in the world. She remains wary of strangers while those who earn her trust will discover a dry sense of humor and a mischievous streak.

Though loss as followed her throughout life, Tsukiryuu refuses to let it define her. She chooses to meet the world with empathy, curiosity, and feistiness.
