welcome to the family my friend .... opens my arms and takes u into a hug yeah they were all childhood buddies, but with makoharu they were childhood besties, like how sourin were besties as kids on a totally different note I love how precious rei is as a child even though we only get to see child rei on merch

NO IT'S OK I MEAN I FEEL U YEA HARU'S ALWAYS MADE IT CLEAR HE VALUES BOTH RELATIONSHIPS FOR DIFFERENT REASONS? and mako just needs to feel more appreciated ;u; I thiiink the quote is talking about their relationships a la swimming yeah - but in their daily lives I think you can see that makoharu is such a constant that haru just didn't necessarily notice w/e mako's going thru atm BUT I THINK IT'S DEFINITELY THE REALEST SHIP

yeah, they`re both really important fixtures in haru`s life for different reasons, and that`s why both ships have a really solid basis. I think it`s super interesting how that is AND IT`S RLY FUNNY I used to be super into RinHaru but then I ended up extremely invested MakoHaru, and that`s why I can totally see both, but I`m not often a multishipper so there`s that ~THE REALEST~ I really appreciate the sweetness of it also childhood friendships slay me tbh

THAT QUOTE IS VERY ?? bc it could just be saying that Makoto's role isn't a competitive one since that sort of relationship is taken; he's always been the opposite of that to & for Haru as his eternal companion in a wa so idk it's not Bad necessarily THAT SHOULD SAY IN A WAY WOW NICE THANK YOU TUMBLR FOR CUTTING ME OFF omg

THAT`S A VERY GOOD POINT I`m sorry my shipper goggles are always on so tight I need to step back and realize they could be talking about the competitive swimming part of the show but gosh if it doesn`t read IN A REALLY SHIPPY WAY but context is always important too...!!
