Only about 2,000 trekkers visit this valley each year, which makes it very quiet and special. The trek usually takes about 16 to 22 days, and you walk around 150 kilometers. It is a great choice if you want to see beautiful mountains and old culture without big crowds.

From the first day, I felt like I had stepped into a different world. I walked through green forests, crossed loud rivers, and passed tiny villages where people live simple and happy lives. Everywhere I looked, there were prayer flags, old monasteries, and smiling faces. The mountains like Ganesh Himal and Shringi Himal looked so big and strong around me.
