The pups are so fluffy and adorable so far. I'm sure the rest will be too.
How was STH and the other humans when they found out the engines could have pups? Was this something they already knew or was it a complete shock?

Hehe they surely will ^^
The first one to have a pup as a monster engine was Edward. But surprisingly, no one, neither his crew, knew he was expecting till he had the pup.
So they just supposed Edward found the pup and wanted to keep him.
No problem there, both the humans, the steam team and STH were in awe (Except Thomas)
But now, the first time they knew the engines could have pups was with... Who else...
Toby and Henrietta.
And Lyra, Henrietta's guard, was the one who found out about the upcoming pup first.
She knew that symptoms so well, and recognized them in no time. But still, Toby's crew, the box and the loaf and even STH thought it was just a joke or that Lyra's age was affecting her.
But when they found out she was right.... Oh boy... They were shocked....
Gregory (Toby's fireman) and STH still denied it at first and then tried to find out how and when this happened (Trying to avoid """That part""" because you want it or not, thinking about it is still shocking and weird)
Meanwhile, Hennie and Christopher (Toby's driver) were just so excited for it. (Chris #1 fan of their relationship lol)
And Lyra was just like: "HAH! I TOLD YOU!!"
Still, for the other humans was a total confusion.
Excepting the kids, they were also so excited and wanted so much to see le pup.
So yeah... Such a chaos after a chaos 🥲
BUT HEY! AT LEAST WE HAVE A TINY FLOOFY TRAM!!!

🚂 Kids of the Engines: Toby and Henrietta
Meet Tobias Holden, whom I created as Nils's husband for @cuby-29-fandom AU, and their son named Sammy Holden.
Tobias is gay, 20 years old and married with Nils (Aaron's and Bellarose's 2nd son) for two years. He's also Toby's and Henrietta's biological son.
Sammy is 2 years old and was born during his papa's (Nils) and father's (Tobias) honeymoon. He and his papas are excited for his younger sibling's arrival, even though it's a few more months away (Nils is 7 months pregnant).

Meet Augustus, Nils, Ali and Bianca, whom I created as Miracle's older siblings for @cuby-29-fandom AU.
The siblings are from left to right.
Augustus, 24 years old: is the oldest son of Aaron and Bellarose. He's serious, clever and overprotective.
Nils Holden, gay, 20 years old: is the 2nd oldest son of Aaron and Bellarose. He's a flirty and charming worrier.
Ali, 16 years old: is the youngest son of Aaron and Bellarose. He's compassionate, brave, gentlemanly and kind.
Bianca, 6 years old: is Miracle's 3 years older sister. She's innocent and playful.

Important info:
Nils was the first one out of his siblings to get married. His husband Tobias (Toby's and Henrietta's biological son) has 1 son with him, and three more kids on the way.
Nils's and Tobias's son is named Sammy and he's 2 years old.
Miracle is currently aroace and best friends with Hazel (Toby's and Henrietta's Adoptive-Daughter), but will later become a Lesbian and marry Hazel when she's older.
