I've been wanting to make a Toons Universe oc for a while now so here we go :3
Viktor is a tough brawler from the outback, he's always going to protect his fellow Agents and check up on those who seem worried or scared about their mission. He's friends with almost everyone but occasionally butts heads with Patcher. He will do his best to keep spirits up and comforts the kids, he's actually quite a natural when it comes to being a parental or familial figure to kids
He's pretty neutral with Chekov and only really puts up with him because he cares for Phantasia and Copper
Despite his tough look, he's kinda a softy
