CHIVALRY makes the cut! Neil Gaiman's short story, published by Dark Horse Comics and adapted and illustrated by me has made the final list of 2022 BEST GRAPHIC NOVELS FOR ADULTS at the American Library Association!

Thrilled and grateful to make the cut (the field gets better every year, gotta say,) and happy to note my buddy Jeff Smith is on there with his work TUKI: FIGHT FOR FIRE, as well as DUCKS by Kate Beaton, which is superb. Great company to be in!

Thank you Neil and Dark Horse! I suppose CHIVALRY, a King Arthur tale, should be on the Graphic Novel List Round Table. Hardehar.

Modern things I think the Sully kids would love

Neteyam

I think Neteyam would love collecting records and he would be all about the curly hair routine. He would sleep in a silk bonnet and everything. and it would be pink. I think he would have a nostril piercing as well. and he would wear the silk shirts.

Kiri

I think kiri would without a doubt be into astrology and crystals and such. how could she not be? I think she would be all about the crochet scene and make her own cardigans and bags. She would like the bloom drink powder and diva cups.

Lo'ak

Lo'ak would like to wear slides and him and tsireya would have those matching shark slides. They both also have the blanket hoodies, I think specifically the avocado one. Lo'ak would be the type of guy to vape disposables and listen to playboi cardi.

Tuk

Tuk is head over heels for the slime craze. She also loves ASMR and cannot fall asleep without it. I think Tuk would love the aquarium and also the weighted cheetah, unicorn, and dinosaur sold at target.

The Whole Family

The whole family, as a group, loves going to five below and target. The whole family shares a Disney plus plan and everyone has their own profile. Jake pays for it. No but seriously, they are a target family and NOT a Walmart family.
