First Day on Tumblr..
Uh oh.. another thing to mess with, TUMBLR!! haha! Some what like Facebook some what like Twitter, trying to figure it out! I am so not tech savvy that it is not funny!
If you haven't talked or met me before, a bit about me! I am a happily married mamma that had 2 babies just over a year apart, they are now 2 and 3. I love them dearly, but hated my body! This is my quest to love myself and my body again! So far I have Duhnduhnduhnduhn.. Lost 25+ lbs.. but I have another 25 to 40 left to go! I don't have a specific goal weight, it is more that "feeling" of healthiness and the fit lifestyle I want!
How am I doing it you ask? Healthy Eating, Shakeology, and great workouts! I am not one that HAS to work out every day out of desire.. but I make myself do it most days of the week and it makes me feel great about myself!
On this site, you will (as I learn to operate it) get clued in on what I eat, what I do , and what works for me! Any input or advice is welcome, as long as it is positive and uplifting. Please do not attack me or each other!
