Job Responsibilities:
Mentor junior engineers, establish a rigorous technical culture, and assist in the formation of a new fast-growing team
Advocate and impart standard engineering best practices with team members
Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build procedures, testing, and operations
Create code that is both dependable and simple to maintain
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
Demonstrable programming experience in either Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design
Strong computer science basics in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
Working knowledge of either the agile or waterfall software development lifecycles
Expertise in at least one current programming language
Excellent communication skills and analytic abilities
