Ingredients: 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced. 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 cup plain yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Place the diced mango, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, yogurt, almond milk, and honey if using in a blender. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.
