This is the beginning of my Blog/Vlog. I want to share some of my experiences and also work on my writing. I have always journaled but never felt that my writing skills were that great. I think my mind is going faster than I can type the words or even write the words.
Often I don’t have the best days and I don’t want to share. But I think there are lessons in the bad situations in our lives and people that view our pages can gain some powerful insight into their own lives by experiencing life through ours.
I no longer want to hide my successes ignore my losses. It is a sacrifice to share; however, the reward is everything.

Does it really start at 50 // Day 1
I turn the big Hawaii 5-0 in 37 weeks and 4 days from today. I've had this little thought for the last 2 and a half years that by the time I reach the lockers for halftime, I'll be the fittest I've ever been. So with that in mind, I also had the idea of recording the journey...and today has converged to be that day. For the next 263 days, I will write a post everyday chronicling as best I can reasons, lessons, thoughts and ramblings on my journey so far.
