dear pet, 

i am a horrible pet owner, but please know i named you after the musicians i love dearly.  i remember you being appeased by her voice as she sang a song called "i'll be your mirror". right there and then, i decided to give you her name. 

i rarely come upstairs and visit you. the housekeepers take care of you for me. i think you're a living testimony that i am unfit to take care of any human being at all. i would visit you and play with you, but my father forbids me to do so. i think it's because you bite him and detest him. 

you'll never read this but you are a beautiful being. you look like a wolf in the night. you're always so excited to see us. we'll always love you in return.

don't worry, i'll never let my father harm you. i'll never let him put you to sleep. i'd rather have running on our rooftops than be gone forever.

1. Favourite celebrity (other than Richard Ayoade ;) )? Andrew Scott and Orson Welles. 

2. What fictional character do you most identify with? Audrey Horne, I suppose. Recently, Bang Bang in The Brothers Bloom.

3. You accidentally walk into spare bedroom at a party, thinking its a bathroom. There is a celebrity naked in there. Who is it, and what are they doing? It'll be Richard and he'll be watching some criterion film. 

4. 3 continued: What do you do? I'll ask why is he naked and then he'll shrug, saying that he thought it was a pretty good idea at the time. I'll just accept it for what it is and watch with him. Afterwards, I'll try to convince him to have a Twin Peaks marathon with me.

5. Best new music you’ve discovered? Shine by Wild Belle. Super catchy.

7. What is YOUR guilty pleasure? Iggy Azalea, I think. I don't agree with some of her stage performances. I hate the fact that she performed with freaking Thick, but I do like some of her songs. I still think her performance of Work with black women as dalmatian dogs and her as Cruella's a good idea/statement though.
