Turtle Racing

It was a simple day, and surprisingly enough, he managed to get Bruce out to the park with him.  Steve wasn't sure if the other honestly felt like walking along the park with him, or just wanted out of the lab, but either was fine with him.  The walk was for the majority, pretty quiet, until they reached what looked like turtles and a small bunch of people around them.  "Bruce, do you know what they're doing over there?" he asked, curious.
