What used to be standard, ho-hum, B-roll, and the moment we fast forward, the opening credits, or title sequence to some, are captivating with a level of creativity that feels like they are a show in their own right. Years ago during the titles, I would be getting ready for the episode, playing with my dog, fixing popcorn, etc but now, depending on which show, they are like foreplay, filling me with anticipation for the emotional state Im about to be in for the next hour.
