The Vampire Diaries Rick Cosnett (Dr. Wes) appeared at Love & Blood ItaCon 3D, an annual Vampire Diaries and The Originals fan convention in Rome, Italy.

When asked how he would have Dr Wes torture Damon or Enzo and what type of torture he would he inflict Rick says he would make Damon and Enzo eat each other.
