im so fucking pisseddddddddd-
the other day, my friend came over. we were planning to explore part of my city because its got a lot of cool small businesses and i figured they would like it. we were planning to have one of my parents drop us off in the parking lot of a store nearby, and then my parent(s) would go back home.
but my friend's mom said no. said that if we wanted to go explore, we needed to have my mom stay with us for safety reasons.
we were planning to stop at the drugstore nearby so i could finally buy myself a cane.
a cane that ive needed for over a year but my parents refuse to let me get because they dont believe im in as much pain as i claim.
and all because my parent was with us because my friend's mom said so, i couldn't get it.
i fucking hate the ableist parts of my parents. >:/
