Bad news, today (May 8th) is suspected to be yet another pridefall, which is a cyber attack event. On all social media platforms especially discord there will be people trying to send you gore, extremely offensive messeges, and there will also be IP grabbers hackers and doxxers. I advise no one to accept any friend requests from people you don't know, to be extra cautious. Try to be offline today if you want to be extra safe, since you'll have less of a chance for this to happen to you then.
About pridefall, I know there's a lot of fear and shit going around and a lot of misinformation. It is happening and I know because it's happened to a few different people I know on Instagram, and it's caused people's home addresses to be shared and death threats to be spread.
I don't know if it's going to happen here too but stay safe y'all. Don't accept messages from randos, don't click on links you don't know, and for the love of all that's good support your queer siblings.
Report any hate you see and stay as safe as you possibly can.
Hey! I’ve heard of one person so far who got doxxed with this whole Pridefall thing, and I was wondering if you guys have heard of anyone else who’s gotten harassed?
Last I heard there weren’t a ton of people planning this thing so I hope it was true.

I just wanted to say that with Pridefall and everything, don't just completely dismiss it. I know it is threatened every year and all that, but we've gotta take every threat like it is going to actually happen, because if you don't and it was a real threat, a bunch of people are put in danger. People are now at home and have the time on there hands to do it. I've been seeing people say to just ignore it because that's what they want. But I don't think that it is worth risking it. Especially on Tumblr, where everything is a lot more anonymous. I don't know tho. My fellow LGBTQ+ members, take precautions you deem fit, stay safe, and try to stay proud...i know how rough it is, especially now.
So it is officially Pride 2020, which means indoors gay only (luckily im very good at that). I saw a post a few weeks ago that is a “one thing a day” for the month of June that is pride themed and i thought i’d give it a try! you can find the og post here! I will adding on to this post right here everyday (hopefully).

I have heard conflicting things about Pr*defall, some saying it’s just a yearly threat that edgy homophobes on 4chan pull to trick us into hiding, and some saying that they’ve already received hate or that the edgy homophobes in 4chan are going more serious this year.
