DBT exercise
So in my DBT workbook it says that you should exercise 20 minutes per day. And since I noticed that Im slipping into depression, also Ive gained weight. So I tried it today. Walked around town for 60 minutes. To be able to do this I disconnected myself from what i was doing (haha kina anti-mindfulness) And now Im home again and I feel sick... So tired and down in the dumps... Aswell as impulses to restrict and exercise even more... I hate these thoughts.. they're so intrusive and triggering...
