I’ve been drawing a lot of furry characters lately (those are Shiji-Long, a closed species by Vashaa). Only one complete artwork and one human! It’s good to be back at drawing.

-Doesn’t agree with her classmates’ interest in the dark arts.

-HATES Severus Snape, and doesn’t understand why Lily tolerates him.

-She and Remus Lupin are a slow-burn romance.

-When she found out about Remus’ lycanthropy, she did research on becoming an animagus, and her animagus is a grizzly bear.

-In return, Remus helps her with her monthly problems (periods) by cuddling with her in the library.

-When Andromeda was disowned by the family, Carina secretly still kept in touch with her, without the knowledge of both her sisters.

It really says a lot about mama terf face that Draco, a character she purposefully wrote based off of her former CHILDHOOD bullies (SOMETHING SHE PUBLICLY ADMITTED), is irredeemable but the grown ADULT MAN is forgivable. The grown ADULT MAN WHO TOOK HIS ISSUES OUT ON FUCKING CHILDREN. ONE IS A LEGITIMATE CHILD AND THE OTHER IS A MAN CHILD.

OCs DESERVE BETTER -> Florence Greene [HP/HL] FC: Phoebe Dynevor

“Look, I didn’t even know magic existed until recently. Now, I find out I have this strange magic? I keep waiting to be snapped back to reality inside Bethlem.”

One thing that has always been a constant in Florence Greene’s life is that she is an orphan and as a result has few prospects in life, especially as she gets older and considered less adoptable. She has always been a kind and nurturing presence in the girl’s home, beloved by the younger girls. The day she turns 15, strange occurrences start happening. Inexplicable, impossible things that causes the matron to seriously consider sending Florence to an asylum. Then, she receives a visit from an eccentric older gentleman, introducing himself as a Eleaazor Fig, professor at a special boarding school in Scotland. A boarding school, Florence finds out, that is for magic. A person is born with magic, Professor Fig explains, and receive an acceptance letter on their 11th birthday.... everyone except Florence. No one knows why Florence suddenly has magic, but Professor Fig is tasked with introducing her to the basics and the staff at Hogwarts are working to formulate a plan that will catch Florence up to her peers. 

As if that isn’t stressful enough, she finds herself suddenly caught up in the heart of brewing conflict in the magical world, with her strange magic apparently being important... and does it have anything to do with the family she never knew?

introducing: apolline "crookshanks" mcgonagall in limerence

Minerva McGonagall never had children of her own, but that was quite alright, because she had her niece and nephew, Apolline and Francis. They were all she needed by way of the next generation of McGonagalls, a sentiment that was well agreed upon across the board once they had enrolled at Hogwarts. She never expected them to be as much of a handful as they were. Or, more specifically, Apolline.

The Marauders were by no means "the bad crowd," but that didn't make them particularly good, either. And in her fifth year, Apolline, now lovingly dubbed "Crookshanks," happened to fall into their little group, to the surprise of no one. A cat, rat, dog, wolf, and stag. A nursery rhyme waiting to happen. She was perfectly suited to their chaos — she had a talent for trouble, and was a magnet for mayhem.

She was James' courage — she liked to take credit for James having said anything to Lily Evans at all. She was Sirius' warmth — so often was he left cold and flinching from the hollow of Grimmauld Place that Apolline was the only one who could touch him without him thrashing away. Remus' comfort, especially on the wax and wane. And she was Peter's trust; always the first to know of anything and everything that happened to him... Until she wasn't any more (but that's a story for another time).

So it had been quite natural of them to be protective of her when Remus' estranged cousin returned to town. But Romulus Greyback Howell had nothing but good intentions. Or so she hoped.

She should've known better.

this is a cool question 

okay, so i’m not as invested in any other fandom as i am in glee, but here’s a (very short) list i guess

wolfstar (sirius black and remus lupin from harry potter) aka homophobic queer coding (here is a whole long video about them and all the canon evidence (not that anybody cares what’s canon, especially in harry potter)) oh, i forgot to add in why i ship them so much okay, so the "they saved each other" trope really works for them (at least with how i headcanon them) and tbh, i don't even know why i like them so much, i just do

jalice (jasper hale and alice cullen from twilight) aka me in chem class (that’s a joke about how they barely have any chemistry in the books, yet i ship them with my whole heart)  so if you care to know why is ship them so much, it’s most defiantly just jackson rathbone’s fault, well and fanfiction  okay, have a couple cute jalice scenes  training scene in eclipse (you can skip to 3:12 for the actual jalice stuff)  jasper’s story (you can skip to 3:35 for the actual jalice stuff)  i also love the “they saved each other” thing (does that actually apply to them??? i think so??? maybe???)
