so i lowk didn't finish my essay...--but i did finish this!

headcanon that gluttony develops a different obsession with different foods every month and creativity / critic are victims of his force feeding because each time he develops an obsession with it he would go insane and force feed it to those he likes (reminder that gluttony believes that the art of gluttony should be gatekept to himself so if he force feeds it to you it means he really REALLY likes you)

he gets really scary when he goes on this manic run kinda like normal evil greed

it was to the point where crea and critic would get food ptsd from the food gluttony is obsessed with

Phase 2: Awareness and Prevention

- greed had already noticed how creativity is onto him and is trying to get her away from him

- greed's opinion on creativity is complicated. before creativity's awareness, he have no particular opinion towards him except that he have his eyes on him because he's the closest to jc then. however, after that, he started seeing creativity as a real and living threat getting in the way of them being together

- greed thinks creativity want to have jc all to himself to spend the rest of his eternity with instead of just him being worried about her safety which pisses him off because in his eyes jc is his and his only (like how he gets everything he wants in life effortlessly since he's quite literally the element of greed).

- as his obsession grows due to his lack of ability to cope nor control his overwhelming feelings, greed starts to have delusions that creativity want to harm and kill jc after seeing small harmless gestures he made to her that caused him to instantly assume as hostile and recurring dreams and that it's up to him to save her

- greed started to keep her even closer, spoil her even more and begun to isolate jc. he also sent warnings to creativity indirectly like sending him ominous notes with no sign off ("you want to hurt her don't you? better watch your fucking back."), insisting that she stay longer with him, convincing jc to not invite creativity etc. greed never directly confronted creativity and continued to act indifferent to him on the outside.

- jc is oblivious and unaware of the greed and creativity conflict behind the scenes because she was laser focused on toying with greed. by this point she lost the plot of seriously considering him to be her lifelong partner because greed is too entertaining to her. she no longer looks at his personality but instead just lead him on even further to see what other crazy and exhilarating shit he would do for her or what extravagant shit he would bring for her. she was also starting to be corrupted by greed because of all the nice things he bought her. being worshipped like this brings jc utter euphoria that she was hooked on like a drug and can't let go of. thus, she was willing to do anything he asked for including staying further away from creativity because she is determined to play that game if it means doing anything greed asked her to.

- she continued to play the game because she wants to see how far she can push greed until he can't take it and begs for her to be his girlfriend, which then jc would proudly accept because it strokes her ego (this is all in her fantasy). her egomaniacal behaviour and illogical attitude towards all of this mirrors ego heavily

- jc is also starting to like greed as they hang out more together (but not romantically).

- creativity was not intending to back down any second. he already expected this retaliation from greed so he actually wanted to find time to ask jc about this. however, he picked the WORST possible time to do this

- at a party, creativity asked and told jc about greed when she was butt drunk. jc normally doesn't like showing her egomaniacal side in front of creativity because their friendship is genuine and they love each other platonically, but she's drunk and irritated at the time, so she told creativity that she just likes to be around greed because of his usefulness and that she felt important around him, more than how much he could ever make her feel. she told him she felt like a goddess around him and that creativity shouldn't meddle with their business anymore.

- creativity is obviously extremely hurt by those words. instead of giving up, he still chose to protect jc and confront greed head on in somewhere remote the day after

- the details are not known by anyone about what happened in that conversation, but jc just so happens to stumble across the scene about 20 minutes later on her way home after a fruitful day of annoying ego.

- jc's favourite colour had always been red, but the sight of red all over creativity's head and the rock beside him made her sick to her stomach. her pupils shrank to the size of pinpricks and darted to the nearest person next to her unconscious friend.

"what's wrong, jc? I painted him red just for you. don't you like it?"

GOING FOR THE GOLD - GREED X JC MASTERPOST

this masterpost is gonna be split into five parts mayhaps. I'll see.

Phase 1 - Cat & Mouse Game

- greed had never experienced love throughout his entire life since his creation. neither parental, neither platonic nor romantic. he only knew how to use others for his own gain of power or wealth

- so every time he sees others experiencing love and giving live in their own way, he feels extremely jealous and angry. he yearns to feel this "love" that everyone is talking about no matter the form and how is it so wonderful

- sure enough, his chance came.

- greed fell in love with jc after he keeps encountering her and her best friend creativity at different places in the twaverse while they were hanging out

- at first he finds this annoying as it was as if fate is pulling them to keep meeting each other, but after observing them for a very long time from afar, he fell in love with jc due to how tough and bold she acts normally

- it makes his heart flutter and due to him experiencing this for the very very first time, he felt as if his heart was about to explode as it was too overwhelming for him

- greed then went up to her and was like "hey, I like you, can you be my girlfriend" due to his pure and innocent view of love (inexperienced)

- jc finds this amusing and didn't expect anyone to be so interested in her in her entire life, especially after the infamous rumours she heard about greed

- she decides to tease him by giving him a vague answer like "well. maybe I will, maybe I won't! I'll think about it." she wants him to prove that he is worth her attention and love

- greed is extremely determined to win her over so he started hanging out with her more and do more gestures for her like spoiling her with his wealth but she is not giving into it

(at this point jc's self control is still in check. despite her really wanting attention and money especially from someone withs such a powerful status like greed, she is able to control herself fairly well because she knows that she is looking for greed's personality and is actually seriously considering a lifelong partner at the same time, so she decided to not focus on material things but instead observing greed and playing around with him.)

- she would always say stuff like "sorry greed, you're gonna have to try harder than that!! you're a great friend!" and that would feed greed's fire even more and make him try even harder to plan on his strategies the next time they meet. this entertains jc immensely

- even if it got to the point where greed would show up at her doorstep in the middle of the night to give her roses, breaking into her house just to watch her sleep without her knowledge, just beginning to show slight signs of possessiveness, jc still entertained him because she thinks it is more exhilarating this way and that this makes her life less boring (<- thrill seeker much)

- by then, jc is already very much interested in greed but in a non-romantic "I'm watching a zoo animal enclosure from outside" way and she might be having too much fun with him

- creativity notices this a long time before and realises something is off with greed. he doesn't want her to get closer to greed anymore so he would try to steer her away from him using excuses and inconveniences to disrupt their meet-ups and get jc to go home early

- poor creativity. greed's eyes are sharp. very sharp.

ego:

"I rented a pancake stall as a side hustle after my writing career. after I let the others know they all insist on supporting me. I said 'no it's really okay there's no need, don't come' but when they got here they ate up all my fucking ingredients. I didn't even sell one pancake out before I had to close for the day."

gluttony:

"well it's the more the merrier when it comes to supporting your friend's business! we are also being very considerate to him and put in all of our effort to boost his popularity."

reporter:

"one pancake really don't cost that much. may I ask how many friends came?"

ego:

"the entirety of the twaverse came. they even bought the sponsorship wars people. it was like 8 meters just for queuing alone and they snatched up all my pancakes. they even stole my gasoline tank. those who don't know about my situation thought my stall is blowing the fuck up and they all got envious. said they want me to teach them how to make pancakes. pancakes MY ASS I'll teach your mom how to make pancakes how about that."

creativity:

"I've been in the F&B industry as a side hustle for about ten years and this is the first time I've ever seen a stall get flooded with so much customers on their grand opening day. it looks fun and really successful! ive been wanting to try something new so I decided to sell my art cafe altogether to start learning how to make pancakes from him tomorrow."

reporter:

"he seems heartbroken."

gluttony:

"yeah. we weren't even done eating when he got upset and threw the spatula aside to us. he told us to make the pancakes ourselves if we felt like it. so since he's unwilling to serve us now we can only make it ourselves. plus he almost started a fight with me because I added a few eggs into my pancake. talk about being a petty lil bitch."

ego:

"he asked me if I can add a few eggs. I saw him hold up two fingers and I was like 'okay whatever'. then he cracked in 20 GODDAMNED EGGS at once. it's now scrambled eggs instead of a pancake. why didn't you scramble me inside the pancake too after that? bastard."

gluttony:

"I love eggs. how could you not put more eggs in egg pancakes? it's delicious."
