I like Eduardo eddsworld
TWA swap au concept.
JP(ego) <—> JC = ??? And ??? (Pls give suggestions.. I’m just gonna call them swap!ego/JC)
Swap!Jc:
Despite being a mediocre writer, genuinely thinks he is amazing at writing but often walks into the pit falls of writing.
Swap!Ego:
A powerful character in Jc’s universe (that used to be his self insert) that has grown overly apathetic and insincere. Jc is forced to kill him later on.
Critic <—> Creativity = maestro and contrarian
Maestro:
Swap!JC's inner maestro appears in Mentors, Traditional publishing vs Self publishing and episodes that encourage Swap!Jc to be overly ambitious with his work, constantly unsatisfied with whatever JC makes and tries to desperately ignore criticism and plot holes in order to satisfy his artistic vision.
Contrarian:
Swap!JC's inner contrarian often comes across as intentionally cruel due to him constantly playing devils advocate with Maestro and JC but tries to be nice about it, finding his job fun.
Greed <—> artistic integrity = Avarice and Artistic Purity
Avarice:
Avarice helped fund the series through sponsorships, doesn’t actually appear but is thanked briefly before every sponsor segment.
Artistic Purity:
Wants to get rid of sponsorships and all perversions that taint the artistic process, especially corporate meddling.
thinking about ososan s1e24 but with the inners
critic is finally taking his job as a critic seriously after deciding being useless all the time is just wasting his time and decided to travel far away to spread the word of fair criticism and ensure no more destructive criticism exists in humankind. in the world, when an inner wishes to improve oneself, they can travel to a faraway place somewhere to ascend to godhood and become their own consciousness. everyone was very happy for critic and bought him many gifts, it's just that ego had been eerily quiet the entire time. he is unhappy that critic, his longtime rival and frenemy even before the reset, now brother is leaving him. he felt like everything is falling apart. at first he isn't even sure that if this world that was reset is going to fall apart, but now ego is more sure of the answer. and it frustrates him to no end. he is trying to hide his vulnerability bad. he doesn't want to go back to his old life drinking and trying to become a writer after spending everyday goofing with his new brothers and friends.
his ego is shattered, so he lashes out at his own brothers and he punches gluttony out of nowhere when the atmosphere was still joyous. greed have to punch ego and pull him away so he don't harm gluttony further. everyone looks at them in concern. critic left to be a god on bad terms and didn't manage to give them his parting letter. ego wasn't there for when he left and he was holed up in their room upstairs.
crea is the next to go. he attempted to hit ego to get back at him for hitting gluttony but ego overpowers him and left him with a huge bruise on his left eye. since he really wanted to be independent, he left after critic and assures his brothers that he's going to be fine on his own.
