Legend catches himself blessing himself with the sign of the cross one (1) time as he's mentally preparing himself for one of his idiot roommates to fail at some simple household task and it's held over his head for a week.

Hyrule feels much more comfortable verbally popping off if needs must, since Legend does it over any minor inconvenience. Some of his rants are partly in Calatian, which causes more stress for the recipient of his rage.

Sky eventually begins investing in high quality lip balms--not chapstick, the real soft stuff. He and Sunny unconsciously whip them out at the same time while on dates.

Sun unconsciously develops some of Sky's verbal mannerisms. There are certain words that she now can't avoid speaking without a little Tabanthan flair.

Twilight starts drinking more often after starting his relationship with Dark. It numbs his anxiety, which he enjoys. But that leads to a period where he's spending most nights during the week buzzed, which... isn't super great, since alcoholism runs in the family. Once he recognizes that it's happening, he gets it under control pretty quick.

Dark adopts a little country twang. He mostly uses it when he's flirting with Twi, but it starts eeking out now and again when he's attempting to ingratiate himself to someone else now, too.

Warriors ABSOLUTELY adopts Time's glare, and with it the heavy Silent Pause. He's seen how unintentionally successful Time is deploying such tactics. Wars has also realized that Time isn't being purposeful with the silence. Sometimes he's just an awkward mess.

Time likes to think he adopted nothing at all from Wars. But he's started a nighttime moisturizer that he just so happened to find on the sink one day. Only on those nights when Warriors isn't there. Because it smells nice...

No but Tweek is SO shippable it’s insane. He can kiss all the boys and it’d make sense in one way or another. Like duh, there’s Creek, the og, the cataclysm. But then like. Twutters (Tweek x Butters) works SO well if you work with it (ex: The Bowtie Cult Twutters.) THEN TWIKE (Tweek x Mike Makowski) Aj.Bombay07 made the ship I think and it’s SO COOLLLLLLL. TWYDE, TWYDE TWYDE (Tweek x Clyde) TWENNYYYYY (Tweek x Kenny) I dont necessarily know what Kyle x Tweek would be like but liek, it’s awesome sauce, also Sailcrossed Twyle is LITERALLY so cool. My lover introduced me to Tweek x Pip and OMGKFMF. I’ve also started to think about Tweek x Gregory and I think they’d be fun, especially if Gregory’s characterization is like how he is in Camp Sun Valley. Also Hell Park has got me thinking about Tweek x Christophe and I’m still on the fence about it but it seems cute when you think about it. Idk what Tweek x Stan would be like but I’ve seen cool stuff of them. It’s a similar thing with Tweek x Tolkien, they seem cool but idk what they’d be like. I think Tweek x Pete would be really funny and also they’d have a fun dynamic, like Pete and the other Goth kids have coffee all the time and Tweek LITERALLY works at a coffee shop and is always having coffee, THEYD BE FUN 😿😿 I think Tweek x Gary could be fun but I’m on the fence about it since I think Gary x Craig is funnier. TWEEK X JIMMY, TWIMMY IS ONE OF MY FAVS. THEYD BE SO CUTEEEE 😿😿😿 TWEEKS ALL JITTERY AND JIMMY COULD TRY TO GET HIS SPIRITS UP WITH JOKES AND SHIT 😿 I think Tweek x Kevin Stoley could be funny considering that Kevin’s a massive nerd and it’s like. Tweek freaking out and Kevin being like “this is exactly like in that episode of Star Trek!!” Tweek x Scott Malkinson could be funny, I see the appeal but I’m not really feeling it compared to other pairings on this list. I’ve actually had a dream where Tweek and Jacob Hallery interacted and they were funny silly so Tweek x Jacob Hallery is on there. Tweek x Mark Cotswolds could be funny too, same with Tweek x DogPoo and Tweek x Davíd.

The lowrider with the constantly changing plates was back. Dark wasn’t sure when the car had reappeared in its usual spot but he made his move the moment he’d noticed it. He’d already wasted enough time and he was not willing to wait another minute. So at eight in the morning on a Sunday, he pounded on his neighbors door, expression already appropriately mirthful.

“Wakey wakey!” He sung at the door, “I need to talk to you! So get up and come to the door, asshole!”

After nearly a full minute of knocking like an overeager policeman the click of a lock stopped Dark. With his hand still in the air the door swung inward, revealing a figure cloaked in the darkness of his own apartment.

“Mmmnnn?”

Shadows' frame leaned heavily on his own door, hair a ruffled mess of a birdnest. He was half dressed in pajamas, as if he’d just given up halfway and thrown himself into bed with his jeans and socks still on. His eyes, unprotected by his usual shades, are shut against the bright fluorescents of the hallway. It’s a very inefficient and potentially dangerous way to answer a door.

But convenient if you’re Dark. “Oh good! You’re half asleep. This makes it much easier!”

Dark slipped into the apartment through the gap, patting Shadow on the back lightly as he passed. “Thanks for inviting me in, buddy. I just gotta borrow something. I’ll pay you back later, ‘kay?”

Shadow shuts the door and the apartment goes dark. He makes some unintelligible noises and shuffles back to his bedroom, face planting back into his bedsheets. He goes still, breathing evening out in sleep.

Dark smiles. He’ll take that as permission.

Dark gleefully swipes the wallet from the kitchen counter and makes his escape, waving over his shoulder at his unconscious friend. “Thanks a million, pal!”

The door shuts and Dark retreats to his own apartment, smiling at all his new credit cards.

Dark scrolled through the camera roll. He traced the curves and contours of the nude body on his screen, biting his lip in appreciation. The way the photos were taken invoked an almost bashful aura, the mans face always obscured or turned away. Inexperienced with showing off his impressive body, the man still managed to capture a surprising amount of masculinity and power in the way he flexed and stretched.

Also, holy shit - that ass. Premium membership was so, so fucking worth it.

Dark grinned as he scrolled onto a picture that showed off Twi’s impressive backside. Yup, that’s going on his home screen.

Someone pounded on his door.

“Hey asshole! I know you're in there! Gimme back my wallet!”

“Well, look who’s up.” Dark crows. He saves the picture and snatches up the leather wallet from his bedside. He opens his front door only to be met by an angry punch to his shoulder. If Shadow was any bigger than an average pre-pubescent teen it might have even hurt.

Dark grins down at his friend. “Is that any way to greet a friend?”

Shadow snatches his wallet from Dark’s pants, quick as a whip. “You better not have spent all my money, dickhead.”

“Oh no,” Dark cries mundanely, rolling his eyes. “Goddess forbid I max out Kingsley Max’s credit card. I didn’t know you changed your name.”

Shadow pushes past the bigger man. “It’s the principle of things.”

“You don’t have any principles.”

“Shut up.” Shadow said. He tucked his wallet back into his pocket after checking the contents to make sure everything was in there. “Why the hell did you even need my card? You have your own. Did you lose it all in your liver or something?”

“Nah. I just needed to be untraceable.” Dark shrugs. He walks to the kitchen and takes out a beer. He offers on to Shadow, who takes his peace offering.

Shadow tilts his head so his shades dip low enough to make eye contact with Dark. “You doing something shady?”

“Maybe.”

“Good. I’d hate to lose money on something lame.”

31. Neck kisses For Twark?

Thank you for the ask, Lolabearwrites! You may have kinda stumbled upon one of my most favourite ships and a prompt I’m smitten for, so hope you enjoy as much as I enjoyed writing it! I could have kept on and on writing for this and I may have to revisit this thought in the future. For now, enjoy some Twark (DarkLight) neck kisses, below the cut for hint of spice.

It was no secret to Twilight that Dark had been through a lot, emotionally, mentally and especially physically. Just the tattoos alone would be a big thing to go through with the amount of ink adorning Dark’s entire body, and that was without considering what happened before the tattoos.

Mapping out the art etched across his partners skin, Twilight soon found that tracing the patterns and lines to be one of his favourite pastimes, especially when he could also catalogue Dark’s reactions to his explorations.

Twilight soon learned that he could make Dark’s skin ripple beneath a teasing finger tracing the works along his abdomen, muscles tensing and quivering to the stimulation. Following the trail of ink over Dark’s ribs caused him to huff out a sound that would closely resemble laughter if Dark didn’t stifle it, the quirk to his lips giving him away more than the turning of his head ever could. Twilight would prefer if Dark didn’t try to hide his reactions, but he was more than happy to bide his time and keep up his explorations as long as Dark allowed.

One such reaction, Dark couldn’t hide from Twilight. Not with how enthusiastically his body betrayed what it was feeling. Idle fingers had found their way onto Dark’s chest one sweaty, post coital night, Twilight absentminded in his meandering touch that slowly trailed further up Dark’s chest, his clavicle and finally weaving their way over the coiled dragon over his throat. He hadn’t meant anything by it, merely basking in the afterglow of their session together and touching Dark for the sake of staying close to him.

Dark’s reaction had him rethinking that.

The hitch in breath would have been easily missed by someone who wasn’t becoming intimately intune with Dark to know what that hitch meant when paired with the subtle shift of Dark’s body where he lay on his back with Twilight half on his chest. It was enough to pique his curiosity and traverse his fingers in the same pattern in experimentation. He was not disappointed to feel Dark’s pulse thrum beneath his touch, the heartbeat he could hear from the cushion of Dark’s chest thumping just a little harder.

Twilight wasn’t like Hyrule, he was academic nor particularly interested in study. Unless that study involved the ways in which he could turn his lover on and the many ways in which they could indulge in one another and bring about a pleasure that Twilight had never experienced before in his life – that was a subject Twilight longed to excel in.

It spurs him into action, his body inching up Dark’s to bring Twilight’s mouth closer to his neck where he nosed at Dark’s jaw and continued trailing one finger over his neck tattoo. The tilt of Dark’s head upwards was telling, and Twilight fought to keep the grin from his face, instead opting to begin exploring his lovers neck with his mouth rather than his fingers.

Dark gasped, fingers gripping the bedsheets beneath him as Twilight’s explorations became more confident as Dark’s reactions grew more obvious. Twilight’s tongue was hot as he alternated mouthing at Dark’s neck and teasing with his tongue, but Dark’s skin was hotter, burning up beneath Twilight ministrations and causing heat to pool below his navel.

“Fuck Twi! I–”

“Shhh,” Twilight covered Dark’s lips with a finger, the very same that started this maddening tease. “Don’t talk, just let yourself feel.”

Dark felt a lot of things that night. All of them fan-fucking-tastic, mind blowing and some leaving a warm fuzzy feeling in his chest that Dark wouldn’t couldn’t name.

Twilight is definitely the furriest member of the household. He has a healthy amount of chest hair and a neat little line down his stomach. He could stand to shave twice a day, too.

If he doesn’t, though, Dark is definitely relishing in that stubble-burn on his neck while his feet are in the air.
