Could you write an outtake of the trouble with faking it where Killian talks to Emma and Henry about adopting Henry if you don't plan to address it in the epilogue. I'm really curious to see what Emma and Henry's reactions would be to Killian wanting to legally adopt Henry. I'm sure Emma would cry and Henry would be ecstatic, but I would love to see your take on it! Your writing is fantastic and the trouble with faking it is one of my favorite fanfics every! Truly amazing!
So I didn’t want to answer this until the epilogue was posted, because this was addressed there and I didn’t want to ruin the surprise. I know it wasn’t a big scene, but to me, it was never going to be a big scene for them. By the time Killian signs that paperwork, they’ve already been a family for a long time and it’s just dotting the i and crossing the t. So, sort of like how their engagement isn’t a big romantic scene, and the wedding was very low key, this was a quiet moment for them too, ya know?
