The ever-amazing @amyhdickson just happened to poke her head in at this exact moment {to chat of course}. Amy was one of my first yoga teachers when my world was opening up to the practice, she is who gave me the push to take teacher training. I am so very grateful for the greatness she saw in me, even before I had found it.
