So after Derek becomes the alpha Stiles goes to see him to ask him if he'll do it. At first Derek is hesitant to do it as he's still unsure if he can trust Stiles. But he understands why he was asked, he'd give anything to have been able to save his sister. Derek knows how important family is. But then Isaac Lahey, Derek's first beta begged him to give Tessa the bite also because he'd always had a crush on the older Stilinski.

Luckily the bite took and Tessa found her life even more insane than it already was. Not only was she a werewolf but now she had to pick a side, it was either Scott McCall her best friend/honorable brother or Derek Hale the guy who had saved her from remaining a vegetable/dying?
