Ever miss RP accounts, even if they were short-lived?
My RP group at one point used have nearly ALL the Beetlejuice characters. I'm Betelgeuse and Otho, we had Lydia and Barbara (same as we have now), and then we ALSO had Adam, Delia, Charles, and at another point in time, a Juno.
I've been sitting here for about an hour reminiscing on that.
Even though Delia and Charles Deetz were short-lived before they went inactive, I miss them. It was REALLY cool having Lydia's parents to pester to play with and see how they'd react. I also never got to RP with Delia as Otho because she went inactive before she could reply to my starter. It was also hilarious to watch Charles get madder and madder every time Betel intentionally called him, "Chucky."
I also miss having Adam because we have such an amazing, lovable, and loyal Barbara. It kills me at times to see Babs without an Adam to bounce off of... We've been through about four Adams already and it's just sad. =/ Barbara and Betel are on semi-good terms right now; it would be so interesting to see how Adam's reaction to Betel would be and see if they could get to that point too.
And our Juno? She was AWESOME, even though she wasn't "officially" in the group. It was SO MUCH FUN to have her and Betel at each other's throats and snarking at each other all the time or constantly trying to out-sass the other one. We both wanted to create some sort of interesting backstory between Betel and Juno to explain their weiiiiird sort-of tension, but we never got to that point because she deactivated. I feel partially responsible for that because I should have been more active. I should have replied to her more and may be she wouldn't have. =C
So yes, this is me being all stupidly nostalgic about old Beetlejuice roleplayers that I miss something terrible.
(AND IF YOU WANT TO PLAY THEM YOU SHOULD TOTALLY AUDITION BECAUSE I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER)
