Ok, maybe this is just me being bias because I love jazz.

But I think that there should've been more twistunes in the Octavinelle chapter. Like not even ones with the Mostro Lounge. Like a good twistune idea would be one where Grimm sneaks around and tries to find dirt on the octavinelle trio. The music would be like Louvre Museum Invasion from Rhythm Thief. I know most people probably don't know what the hell I'm talking about with the name, so I'll just leave a link to it. Wait. I know that the Fairy Gala Kalim and Jamil duo and the Fairy Gala 2 Silver-Jack-Ortho trio stumble if you miss a note. Starsending Idia messes up drumming and Starsending Ortho falters if you miss a note. ADeuce trip over their own feet trying to catch Ruggie if you miss a note in Book 2.

ok guys wtf is up with the Twistunes???????

Like i have full combos one some of the hardest project sekai songs, i love rythm games in general

but somehow “Get Cooking! :)” normal difficulty makes me want to bang my head against the wall

like why is it so bad and mean to me

also as someone who’s been gem grinding with twistunes it is actually the worst to get 10 gems from playing the song all the way through 10 times. like some times you play it 10 times trying to get the other achievements anyways (any level with the purple circle note things) but when you beat every difficulty of the song with great combos and SS ranks you just have to play 2 more times just to get the 5 gems and then it’s like i just have to do this over and over again

like u can set it up afk i guess, but it’s afk with constant vigilance

and why are they terrible and don’t sink up to music really. like there is a little background music but the notes don’t really sink up with it(especially on easy) and on easy it’s boring but hard can be rage inducing and i’m just rambling now

but yeah i love twistunes for being an easy(if not time consuming) source for gems but hate them for literally everything else

side note: ok i actually do love the little animations going on in the background like the little characters getting scared when you do poorly and just the animations are so cute sometimes and i love the sprites and the cutscenes can be fun
