On February 6th, a mew broke into our lab and destroyed all of our projects, killing everything that had a pulse. All except for one. The one we had named Mewtwo

Eden and TwoToile look at each other with uncertain gazes, not expecting such a odd response. The absol up at the top of the pillar yawns once more and stretches, struggling to wake themselves up. Nyx: Yeah uh... I’m Nyx just.... Just give me... a moment.... The absol yawns once more and continues stretching, TwoToile shuffles their feet awkwardly as they wait. Eden however, stared at the ground, grabbing his stomach. The room seemed ever revolving, the various portals moved randomly around the room, large planets drifted by without a care. The mew struggled to not get motion sickness and closed their eyes tightly with clenched teeth. Dysnomia walks over to the pillar and gently smacks it with their hind paw. Dysnomia: Please take your time. Not as though our universe is literally falling apart at the seams. Make sure you get in all the yawns and stretches you need. Nyx: Ooohhhh you just... be quiet. You sparkle dog! SOME of us are uh... doing... portal stuff.. just...

Eden: So... Why exactly... is the Interdimensional Hub... run by... a ABSOL...? TwoToile: That does seem odd... Dysnomia snorts in anger and swishes their tail in distaste. Eden looks over with a displeased expression, sneering a bit at the sylveon. Eden: Well do YOU know why? It’s weird. Dysnomia: Well. Despite you legendaries being all HIGH AND MIGHTY. SOMETIMES... and just sometimes... a non legendary can be in places of power. OH I know I know. It must be soul crushing to know that your precious legendary position was taken by a mortal :((( How terrible. Eden’s fur begins to puff up in anger and TwoToile lets out a huff. Eden opens his mouth to snap back but is cut off by a sudden flurry of feathers landing in front of them all.
The absol yawns once more, continuing to stretch in front of all of them. TwoToile: .... That doesn’t seem correct. I highly doubt a legendary or mythic would do something of that sort for such a odd reason. Eden: Y-yeah.. There are like... laws and stuff now! Nyx: Yeah. NOW. Key word there sparklenuts. But back in MY day? Man... Legendaries would just do whatever they wanted! It was WILD. Eden: Wh.... Why? What happened? Nyx: Eh I don’t know. Prolly just Etoile going through their teenage phase. Chaos chaos and whatnot. TwoToile: Mmm... So.... Why would... a Hoopa give you eternal life for... “being pretty”? Nyx: I ain’t like how you said pretty in quotations but eh. That was the best way to woo me back in the day. I used to be a power nut yaknow. But eh anyways... She knew that giving me power would certainly get my attention. Dysnomia laughs and trots up to stand next to the absol with a grin Dysnomia: So, have they proposed yet? Nyx: GODS NO. We’ve only been together a few thousand years! That’s a big commitment you know. Plus with all this... NONSENSE going on. She’s been locked up for the time being..... Nyx stares off a bit Nyx: Part of me wishes... I should’ve asked cuz we aren’t sure... of.... The absol looks lost in thought, a sad expression crossing their face. Dysnomia gently places a ribbon on her shoulder, the absol gently rubs her face against the ribbon before sighing and looking back towards TwoToile and Eden Nyx: Anyways. Enough about me. Let’s get you lot sorted then eh?
TwoToile shuffles her feet a bit while trying to think of what else to say TwoToile: That’s... all I really remember... Alaxia saved me... took me in... Taught me so much and I’ve met so many others... A world I never knew of... TwoToile: I do not know what life I had before I met him. But now? TwoToile: I owe Alaxia my everything. Eden: Wow... that really is.... amazing of him to do... TwoToile: Indeed... I’ll never forget it. <3 Nyx: haha imagine having to live up to that as his brother eh? Eden: .... ahaha... yeaa.. Eden: Plus we weren’t even BEING judgy! It IS weird that a non legend/mythic runs the Interdimensional Hub! It’s like walking into a starbucks and a Virizion is working there! It’s weird. I don’t need my brother to tell me that it is! I form my own opinions!! GOSH. Eden turns away, his fur beginning to puff up in anger. TwoToile: Yes. I agree with the mew.
