So I don’t know how she’d have managed it, but if Twyla is a werewolf to which the end of today’s third ep seems to suggest, I’d have to say in my opinion this isn’t the first time she’s changed. Now how she could have possibly kept something like that from Mac and the MC I don’t know, but it’s just what I think. If Twyla is a werewolf too then she first changed awhile ago.

Mac : I didn't know we were having triplets, and your mother had a very creative idea to break the news to me. She held Twyla in her arms and said : "Mac, here's your first child"

Mac: ...and then Razi and JD showed up in the room holding tthe two of you and saying "and here's your second and third ones"
