Ok I just posted an angsty one but I'm the worst completist so I'm gonna just post the couple paragraphs that come after that one too. And nobody asked for smutty quotes but that's where the most concentrated angst was so you got it for free lmao. But that will be below the cut. (dang is that what we still call it, is my lj showing?) And I totally don't have a deleted line yet because I am still working on this and I didn't save any that I already deleted! So um idk here's a random one for you too!

He exhaled the breath he’d been holding, hesitantly opening his eyes.  River crouched in front of him in the sand, close enough to make his hearts flutter out of time.  She was swiping over him with a, a—   “What the hell is that?”  His voice creaked through a dry throat. “I’m an archaeologist,” she said, waving it over his forehead.  “It’s a trowel.” He winced at the pitch and screwed his eyes shut against its piercing blue light.  “Well, optimistically, I’m a few more knocks to the head from a burial, so I’m afraid you’ll have to excavate me later.”

And the smangsty flashback conclusion:

Thunder rolled outside the TARDIS and sheets of rain spattered the windowpanes as River’s cries gave way to hitching gasps.  The glow of her joy warmed his hands, chimed in his ears, shivered on his tongue.  The heady ripples lit his mind in gold.  She grasped blindly for his hand, and he threaded his fingers through hers, squeezing tight.  If any amount of love could save her, god knew he had more than enough.  And someday, he’d be left alone to drown in it.   But not today.  Today was a good day. Whatever he had to burn, it wouldn’t be the last.

Roman Holiday is amazing and brings me sooo much joy! You are both such talented writers! I always read Merey Chrystler parts 1 and 2 during Christmas time and I can’t wait to add this one to the list for every year😍😍 we love a Christmas vibe (plus I have never seen Roman Holiday, but now I will need to watch it!)

Here's a funny one: In X-Life, a series Jimmy, Scott, and Geminitay were in, Joey Graceffa (yeah, he was there) canonically flirted with Jimmy.

To balance it out :): He has a sort of theme of being isolated. His 100 day videos have moments in them where he leaves signs saying "help me," "SOS," and would sit at the edge of the dome/cube he was trapped in, staring at the outside. In EVO he was also isolated for a time as well.
