Finn from AT

First impression: Just a little guy, just a little baby boy.  Cool in a really annoying way.  I want to be him.

Impression now: Still just a little guy, just a little baby boy.  Needs a hug.  Proud of this dude.

Favorite moment: There’s like 300 episodes of AT, there’s so many to pick from... Can I just say the entire Islands arc?  Every moment from there.

Idea for a story: Not focused on him necessarily, well kind of, but a story following his reincarnation as the child of PB and Marceline, hundreds of years later, is something I’d love to see.  In the comics, there’s a pretty heavy implication that he IS actually reincarnated into their child.  Their name is Penelope.  It’s fantastic, please read the AT comics.

Unpopular opinion: I have no interest in finn pairings outside of him and Nico the catboy, an oc by @sabertoothwalrus that I adore, and is so well-conceived that many people were convinced he was a canonical character.  But other than that, I don’t get the devotion a lot of finn x hw or finn x fp fans have.  I always assume that if he marries at all, it’s with a character never even introduced in the series.  Just some guy or gal he meets as an adult.

Favorite relationship: Platonic Finn and Jake, brothers forever.  I also have a real soft spot for his relationship with his mom.  It’s totally not because Minerva reminds me of my mom in both appearance and personality, of course not...

Favorite headcanon: He’s trans.  Magical top surgery.  Not even a headcanon I’m elevating that to canon.

for the ask game: Noelle Holiday

Realistic headcanon: Grew up with Kris, and Dess was close with Asriel. She's definitely the first to notice that something's up with Kris. Also she's trans... she's got antlers and I know reindeers do have antlers if they're female or whatever but i don't care.

Hilarious headcanon: Her nose makes a noise like a squeaky toy when you squeeze it.

Heart-breaking headcanon: This actually is based off of some in-game evidence but it's just a theory so... Dess's disappearance is the reason for Toriel and Asriel's divorce. Asriel was the cop on duty when Dess went missing, and was fired from the police force. It caused a lot of strife between Toriel and Asgore until they split; and it's also the reason that Noelle's mom is the way that she is. I guess this applies to her family more than her, so... uh... something something snowgrave nightmares.

Unrealistic headcanon but I'm willfully disregarding canon: Not really disregarding canon at all, but I really wanna throw this one here: one of the reasons Noelle is a teacher's pet so to speak is because she really admires Alphys as an older lesbian and she is her role model because she's out about her identity and helps her get involved in the queer community : )

36. Where would you like to live? Assuming anywhere in the world, I’m tempted to say Hong Kong, because it’s the most gorgeous city and I’m in love with it. But for obvious reasons, I’d want to learn Cantonese if I ever lived there, and I’d be halfway across the world from my family. Truthfully, I always assume I’ll just end up somewhere stateside, ideally in a city, preferably on the coast. But I’ll end up wherever my degree takes me.

38. Childhood career choice? I think I cycled through a lot of the common dream jobs of most kids - astronaut, veterinarian, some type of vague celebrity. I had a weird desire to be a gym teacher as a kid, which is definitely some kind of closeted lesbian stereotype. In high school, I seriously considered being a music or game journalist, or a musician - I even applied to one or two schools for degrees in music.

39. Favorite ice cream flavor? Im a really big fan of butter pecan… I also love mint, and most variations of “vanilla ice cream with chocolate, caramel, etc. inside.” Stewart’s sells dark chocolate with pretzels and caramel inside, and that’s my go-to.
