If you are a type one diabetic, type two diabetic, pre-diabetic, insulin resistant or care about someone with any of these conditions, I highly recommend investing in this book. It's is a true lifesaver. As someone who has struggled with controlling my blood sugars for years, I realized that the diet that the ADA recommends is severely out of date and just simply is not feasible. Oh.
