Here’s the Typhoon x Malachite fanfic. I tried my best to make it make sense

Malachite wasn’t sure what he had been expected when he had signed up for a speed dating event. He didn’t even know exactly what he looked for in a partner, despite already having one. But when he entered the room with his date, he saw something he wasn’t expecting. The dragon standing in the room was a mix of blues. Most of his scales was a deep blue, the same type of blue that was so often used in tapestries to portray water. His underbelly was a much lighter blue, only a few shades lighter than the sky itself. Something that immediately stuck out however, was that he only had 2 wings. He must be one of those Pyrrhian dragons. Malachite thought. I wonder what they’re like? What are their customs? Their culture? What if I accidentally offend them or- His thoughts were interrupted by the Pyrrhian dragon’s introduction. “Name’s Typhoon. I don’t think I’ve ever talked to a Hivewing before.” Typhoon… he just as handsome as his name would imply Malachite thought before introducing himself. “I’m Malachite. I haven’t seen a Pyrrhian dragon before, so I guess it’s a first for both of us. So I guess just tell me about yourself?” “Well I live in the town Possibility, and I’ve been studying medicine. I’m hoping to become a doctor and work at the local clinic. I also like to cool off by swimming in the river that runs through the town.” “Interesting… I live in Scarab hive and I’ve been working as Lady Scarab’s secretary. It’s not a particularly glamorous job, but I’m one of the best paid hivewings in the hive, so I can’t complain.” There was a pause for a moment.

Malachite broke the silence. “So do you have any partners already, or are you looking for a first.”

An even more awkward pause followed. I said something wrong, didn’t I?

“Do you mean if I’ve had a partner before?”

“No… I mean do you currently have any other partners… is it… not normal to have multiple partners where you’re from?”

Typhoon paused for a moment. “I guess not really? I know some couples of more than 2, but it’s not very common.”

“It’s not a dealbreaker that I already have a partner… and a daughter?”

“I don’t see why it should be an immediate no. Perhaps we can talk more later.”

Before they could speak more, they were told their time was up and they had to move to their next date. “I look forward to seeing you again.” Typhoon said with a wink and a slight blush as we left the room. Did he- WAS HE BLUSHING??????? Malachite asked himself before realizing that he was also blushing. He suddenly was seriously hoping that he’d get another chance with that handsome dragon.
