How Can I Tell Her?!

How can I tell her she's making the BiGGEST mistake of her life!?!? My friend, T, she's like a best friend to me..she's 18, like me, we're 18 and she has a boyfriend who's 30?? Okay she told me this last week, I was kind of okay with it cause you know she trusts him and she says he's not like that and sure, buuuuuuut he's a guy that believes in sex in a relationship cause he's affectionate....There are other ways to be "affectionate"! Not just sex! Anyway, she says it's only the top off bra off sorta thing. She's not gonna let him push it....I believe her, I trust her buuuut....she's gonna feel the need to let him cause we're talking about a girl who thinks she's in love the 2nd day she dates anyone. My thoughts are she's gonna let him, the condom's gonna rip, the birth control won't be effective....she'll call me crying and worried that her period's late....she'll drag me to the obgyn with her and take a pregnancy test cause I'll be the only one she'll tell....and she'll be reliving her mom's footsteps of when she had her at 18...(T hates the fact that her mom had her at 18, when she could've waited at 26..) UGH I've seen it happen with my other friend, A1,  and I don't wanna see it happen to T! I treat T as my daughter, even though I'm her same age...I've always been the motherly friend type...I just don't wanna see her whole life be wasted...
