Whatever is Worthy.
This is a reminder to myself on the criteria for what should be considered worthy of being inspiration, or even entertainment. Is it true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, or commendable? Is it excellent? Is there anything worthy of praise?
If it does not meet these criteria, I hope I would choose not to immerse myself in it. Life is too short to be inspired by dishonorable, unjust, spoiled, false, ugly things.
Looking through my life with this lens, I was surprised how much I had that needed to be thrown out.
