He-Man reboot ideas: Tyrantisaurus
An animal from a bygone age, the Tyrantisaurus has been mysteriously enhanced by by the same magical and mechanical means as Hordak. This is a great contrast to less subtle (and equally mysterious) cybernetic enhancements of creatures in the valley.

The creature has alternated being on the side of the Snake Men and the Evil Warriors. Most assume this is out of fickleness and spite towards whoever is currently mistreatment it.
The truth is the modifications have awakened an intelligence in the beast. It is biding its time and learning.
Beast Man quickly learned that attempts to control the Tyrantisaurus were imperfect, and the two have an uneasy relationship. Beast-Man is one of the more useful backseat drivers to have after the magic users, but Tyrantisaurus resents and may fight against control almost as fiercely as a mother dragon.
However, despite this deviousness the Tyrantisaurus does seem easily influenced in social norms by those around it. It adopts a more playful style of malice around the Evil Warriors and is more serious around the Serpent People.
Perhaps some nicer friends could bring out a more heroic nature?

Yeah I’d make Tyrantisaurus Rex an evil cyborg version of Devil Dinosaur. A Hordak toy and Tyrantisaurus have one of the same death-wheel gimmick and I’m not supposed to draw a conspiracy theory connection?
On a side note concerning the other cybernetic dinosaurs I’d probably re-imagine Tung Lashor being the techie of the Snake Men. As an homage to the She-Ra cartoon, I’d have them be the descendant of former horde soldiers recruited from the Eternian Populace, who did not leave with Hordak.
