3, favorite line/scene you wrote this year
Hard to pick but out of what ive posted this year its gotta be this little bit from Breathing again <3 Distillation of the fuck why did none of us put the pieces together that pretty much everyone had to Tesoro saying shes not actually a man,
It makes sense in hindsight, the way Tesoro was so good at playing what people expected, playing the dutiful son, the playful teenage boy, the strong man. It was acting, a carefully calculated adherence to rules that seemed to be instinctual to others. -And a warm strong arm slung around every poor kid who couldn't play the game half as well. Fucking hell, it made a lot of sense in hindsight. How did she miss it- Because everyone was acting, her included. Tesoro was just doing a bit more of it.
