i’ve actually been meaning to talk about this and was going to put it in a separate post sooner or later, but i might as well mention it now–

alongside playing electric guitar, sal writes his own music! he wouldn’t go so far as to call himself a composer or anything like that, and he doesn’t have much interest in doing anything professional in that sense, but it’s something he likes doing. 

he started mostly mimicking songs he enjoyed, trying to get as close as he could to the original chords, but after he felt he had almost perfected that, he wanted to challenge himself a bit more and tried to learn more about composition to write his own. so, technically speaking, he does have a few pieces he wrote himself. they’re all untitled, and they usually are made to invoke a certain feeling because he finds music to be a way he’s able to express what he struggles to explain. he wouldn’t be upset or offended if someone wanted to try and turn it into something or even write lyrics to them, he just likes doing it as a hobby.

Once upon a time I considered dipping my toes into the Dra,gon A,ge rpc with like. A Morrigan or a Josephine but… I’m not really comfortable enough with my knowledge of the canon to go ahead with it.
