We haven't posted a story like this in a while, but stories like this have happened a lot over the past 10-20 years. Band forms, plays shows, achieves a level of "knownness", makes a record, fades from memory, reforms, gains steam, finds old 7"/12", tours, etc.
Student Nurse are such an example, and "As Seen On TV" is their 4 song 12" made in 1981. While Student Nurse were based in Seattle, this sounds like the Flyboys who were playing in the burgeoning Los Angeles scene at the same time Student Nurse was rocking Seattle and playing shows with the likes of Mudhoney and U Men.
