Sightings - S3E04 - “Crop Circle Math Mystery” - October 2nd, 1994

“Gerald Hawkins drew worldwide attention when he proved mathematically that Stonehenge is a giant celestial calendar. Now, Dr. Hawkins has turned his attention to Crop Circles. He believes that some crop circles display geometric patterns so advanced they could only be created by the greatest mathematical minds on this planet…”

Last season we met Gerald Hawkins briefly during a larger crop circle segment. This time they devote a whole segment to the guy, and his theory that crop circles are encoded with musical and mathematical messages. Now, last season's post includes context on the guy - his supposed discovery of Stonehenge - so let's see what's new.
