There is a particular hug that Johnny and Ripp give each other in SHWC that I chose for how forceful and intimate it seems, and it's a very specific hug from the game. Nobody has ever clocked it, or at least no one has ever said anything to me about it. It's the hug sims give each other after an accepted marriage proposal.

You can see how I had to frame each of these shots very strategically to hide the engagement rings. I may have used a little Photoshopping as well, but mostly I cropped it out.

It's one of those examples of things from the game that aren't available in pose or animation boxes, so I used the actual interaction from the game, which is always an option available to us. So yeah, the sims themselves have been engaged a number of times, in various unsaved moments.

So it seems that Livejournal has now completely removed most of my story images (as of yesterday). The only remaining images are from Chapter Thirty-Five (Part Four) onward. At least Chapter Thirty-Six onward is there, as that's the most significant arc, but all the same, I'll need to fix it. Luckily my LJ image folders are still accessible and the html confirms which image goes where.

I was planning to repost the images for Dreamwidth anyway, as the LJ links didn't work for a lot of them. I had imported my chapters there a long time ago, so that makes reposting the story a bit easier. I've also updated the chapter list there, and I will be adding images a bit at a time:

Obviously, many images are missing. The (go to chapter --) links haven't been updated yet, so those mostly take you back to LJ for now.

Now I just need to summon the courage and attention span to get through the job (plus find the time). Encouragement is very welcome. Say a prayer to the ADHD gods for me.

On a positive note, I'm also chipping away at images for the next update. It's getting there, slow and steady.

it's against EA's user agreement for anyone to monetize or restrict the CC they create for Sims games, that's why TSR had to get rid of their paywall. We're all playing in the sandbox EA created, if a creator chooses to share what they make then everyone is allowed to play with it
