浪江町請戸浜。福島第一原発の象徴である排気筒の解体が始まったがトラブルが多発し遅々として進まず、早い段階で“人力で切断”という事態に追い込まれている。

The fishing village of Ukedo was completely wiped out by the 3/11 Great Sendai Earthquake and resultant Tsunami, most of the houses are gone except for some husks. Extensive tetrapod reinforcement of sea walls, new secondary sea wall construction and clean up.
