our beautiful black pearls, mother and her nearly one year old filly, meeting again since her filly was weaned. Uk, our mare, was not TOO impressed. i don’t think she misses her naughty daughter 🥲

i started medication a few weeks ago and thus am unable to drive for a while. the barn is quite far away and not connected to any public transit, so i sadly have to be missing my girls for a while. i miss them terribly! their little cheeky kisses and just spending time outside in the fresh air with just me and the horse.

because i’m sad here’s a picture of me and my baby girl last summer, while she was waiting for her turn to enter the inspection ring! even in the strange and chaotic environment she was as calm and snuggly as ever, so we just snuggled it out until it was her time to go (and that took a WHILE). can’t wait to see what kind of baby she’s been baking this year.
