Bugün yürüyüş turumun son günü; bir an önce Giresun'a ulaşıp hava kararmadan şehir gezisi yapmak istiyorum. Gece otobüsle Ankara'ya dönüş .

new study of the 3,000-year-old Uluburun shipwreck has revealed a complex ancient trading network during the Late Bronze Age. - HeritageDai
Yet more evidence for ancient trade networks that were complex and far-reaching. The ancient world was SUCH a busy place!
Solid gold cup from the Uluburun shipwreck, discovered near the coast of Turkey. The ship set sail from a Syro-Palestinian port in the Late Bronze Age, 14th century BCE. The ship’s probable destination was a Mycenaean palace in Greece.
The origins of the objects aboard the ship range geographically from northern Europe to Africa, as far west as Sicily and Sardinia, and as far east as Mesopotamia, indicating Late Bronze Age international trade, and royal gift-giving in the Near East.

5 (you can take this to mean an actual ship, not a pairing of a characters, i know you like them. or it can mean both. whatever you feel like answering xdd) 💛
5: What’s your favorite fictional ship? (Canon or otherwise)
I know I’m preaching to the choir here, but my absolute favourite ship is the Uluburun, which for those of you who don’t know, the lovely @enkidusbi wrote up here and long story short (for those who aren’t Kam) is a Late Bronze Age trading vessel that was likely carrying kingly gifts (probably for diplomacy reasons) and sank off of Turkey around 1300 BC. Eric Cline, in his great book 1177 BC: The Year Civilisation Collapsed, suggested it’s possible that the amber and tin found in the Uluburun came from the Baltic and Afghanistan (respectively) which is just SO COOL.
Thanks for the ask! :-)
