Nyx - My character has a dream about yours

めぐり逢ひて

We had met by chance - She looked like that one-time friend, If I saw clearly - Then disappeared like The face of the midnight moon. 

I thought I'd seen you out of the corner of my eye as I got in the train. I could only turn my glance up in time to see you move to the adjacent wagon; a tall silhouette, with long hair tied at the back, attending the call of a voice familiar to both of us. An impulse made me try to follow you, but as I rushed, moving from wagon to wagon without being able to find you, I started to think that perhaps my mind had fooled me, and I had only imagined you. 

Nevertheless, I kept on walking through a train that seemed endless, until its arrival to the station made me almost trip and I had to give up. Right before getting off, I felt a hand close on my wrist, and just barely pull me gently, and I turned around to find you before me. You were breathing heavily, as though you'd run over here, and even so, you smiled.

"M-mister Remu?" I uttered out.

"Miss Aria. I've found you at last. See you; until next time," you said, as your hold on my wrist yielded in time for the doors to close and my eyes to open. 

I hadn't seen you with my eyes or my imagination: during that moment, you had been in my dream, and within it, I had been in your mind. Your hand had warmly held mine for an instant. 

I couldn't help but grin and hold my hands together as I turned to go back to sleep, with a memory illuminated by moonlight still lingering in my mind. I hoped that soon, wherever, we would find each other. Until next time.
